Shipping Methods

We currently ship orders using UPS Ground, FedEx Ground, or USPS. The carrier used for your order may vary depending on the shipping destination, package size, product availability, and fulfillment location.

Processing and Delivery Time

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

After shipment, orders typically arrive within approximately one week. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, carrier operations, weather conditions, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

Products that require additional processing time will be clearly noted on the applicable product page.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped from our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow some time for the carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving the shipping confirmation.

Expedited Shipping

Expedited shipping is not available as a standard checkout option.

In some cases, we may be able to accommodate an expedited shipping request. Please contact us before placing your order and provide:

The products and quantities you need;
Your delivery address;
Your required delivery date.

We will confirm whether expedited delivery is possible and advise you of any additional shipping charges. Expedited delivery cannot be guaranteed until availability and timing have been confirmed by our customer service team.

Delivery Address and Availability

Most carriers deliver packages on business days, Monday through Friday.

To help ensure successful delivery, we recommend using an address where someone is available to receive the package during normal business hours.

Please make sure that:

Your shipping address is complete and accurate;
Apartment, suite, unit, or building information is included when applicable;
Your phone number and email address are correct;
You remain available during the estimated delivery period in case the carrier needs to contact you.
