RETURN & REFUND POLICY

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to request a return.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the item must be:

Unused, unwashed, and unaltered;
In the same condition in which it was received;
Returned with all original tags and accessories;
Returned in its original packaging;
Accompanied by the receipt, order confirmation, or other proof of purchase.

Items that do not meet these requirements may not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Your order number;
The item or items you wish to return;
The reason for the return;
Photos of the item when applicable.

If your return request is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions explaining how and where to send your package.

Items returned without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order as soon as it is delivered.

The item is defective or damaged;
You received the wrong item;
Your order is missing an item or accessory.

Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Custom-made, personalized, or special-order products;
Items that have been used, washed, altered, damaged, or installed;
Items returned without their original packaging, tags, or included accessories;
Final-sale or clearance items;
Gift cards.

Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.

The fastest way to receive a different color, size, or style is to return the original item. Once the return has been approved, place a separate order for the replacement item.

Refunds

We will notify you after we receive and inspect your returned item.

If the return is approved, the refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund. Processing times may vary depending on the financial institution.
