3.How to reliably determine the size of the products?

  • Each item on our e-shop has the size entered in the product detail. Because of hand made, please allow 1-2 cm deviation.

4.How do I apply a discount code?

  • Carefully select the products and put them in the basket, click on it and enter the code in the "Discount code" field. The discount will not be deducted until the next step of the order.

5.My card payment does not work, how should I proceed?

  • If your card payment failed, check your bank account first. If the money has not actually been deducted, you can try creating the order and paying again. In the event that the error occurs again, we recommend paying for the order by bank transfer or cash on delivery. Payment by card cannot be made retroactively.

6.When will you send my order?

  • We ship orders within 3 working days. In the case of decorations with a custom name, we ship within 30days.

7.What to do if my package is damaged?

  • In the event that the carrier delivers a beaten or otherwise damaged package to you, do not accept it and resolve the situation immediately on the spot with the carrier. Topfinel is not responsible for damaged packages that you accept despite obvious external damage.
